Delivery policy:

All Products can be sent to you, directly to the recipient address. The packages are usually dispatched within 1 day of placing the order. Incase the products are not in stock it will be dispatched with 5 days for date of order. The deliveries are usually done within 15 days from date of dispatch. Please ensure to mention the correct delivery address with the phone number in your order. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery that results from incorrect addresses, or in case premises are locked. There are no guarantees for courier shipments - we try and deliver to you as required however in various conditions beyond our control there could be delays.

Refund Policy:

1.    Refunds are not applicable on products purchased from carbonblacck composites once the package has been shipped
2.    In case of product damage or shipment lost we will dispatch a new package containing the exact same product to the same delivery address

 

Cancellations Policy:

1.    To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care at info@carbonblackcomposites.in to cancel the order and refund your payment. 
2.    If the order is shipped already, unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. 
3.    Please note if the order is cancelled after shipping then shipping charges applied would not be refunded.
